Refund Policy – The B Tunes
At The B Tunes, we are committed to delivering high-quality mixing and mastering services. Due to the creative and time-intensive nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:
- No Refund After Work Has Started
Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, payments are non-refundable. - Advance Payments
Any advance or booking fee paid to secure your project slot is non-refundable under all circumstances. - Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery, we offer revisions as per the agreed package to ensure the final result meets your expectations. - Eligibility for Partial Refund
A partial refund may only be considered if:
- The project has not yet started, and
- A cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment
- Client Delay or Non-Response
No refunds will be issued if delays occur due to lack of communication, late file submission, or incomplete instructions from the client. - Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind once the order is confirmed. - Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs on our end that prevents project completion, a fair resolution (revision, redo, or partial refund) will be provided.
